Each capsule contains on average 500mg of Premium Quality Evening Primrose Oil. 100g of Evening Primrose Oil 500mg capsules provides on average 69.6g oil of which 5g are saturates and 50.7g are polyunsaturates. GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid) content may vary (8% - 10%)

Take one or two capsules a day with water before retiring, as a food supplement.
