Our capsules contain on average 1000mg of cod liver oil which provides approximately 120mg EPA and 80mg DHA which are important omega-3 fatty acids. They also contain 100% of EC Recommended Allowance of Vitamin A (800mcg) and Vitamin D (5mcg) together with 6mg Vitamin E (60% EC RDA). Cod liver oil is a traditional food supplement and a natural source of the important omega-3 fatty acids EPA & DHA. Our products contain Vitamins A & D which are necessary for healthy skin, hair, gums and bones. Cod liver oil may also maintain healthy joints.
