When will my order be dispatched?
All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after that time will be dispatched the next working day. All weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday, please see our terms and conditions for more details.
What are my delivery options?
We offer a choice of UK and International delivery methods to suit your needs. They are as follows:
Free Super Saver Delivery 3-5 Working Days
Delivered by Royal Mail, orders dispatched using our Free method usually take 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch to be delivered. Occasionally during busy periods for the Royal Mail this can be a little longer so please allow 7 working days before getting in touch with customer services
First Class Delivery 1-2 Working Days £1.99
Delivered by the Royal Mail, orders dispatched by this service will be delivered witin 1-2 working days from notification of dispatch
Express Next Working Day Delivery £7.80
Please note you must place your order before 12 Midday to be guaranteed next day delivery. Your order will be dispatched that day and you will receive a separate email detailing your tracking reference. Orders will be delivered Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am to 5.30pm and will require a signature on delivery. Any orders placed on Saturday and Sunday that select the next day delivery service will be delivered Tuesday. We do not class Bank Holidays as a working day, any next day orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday will be delivered Wednesday.
Do you ship internationally?
All our products can be shipped internationally although they must be paid for in pounds sterling. At checkout you will be able to select the country for delivery and this will then display the available delivery options and prices.
Questions about VAT?
Unfortunately our checkout does not currently cater for reduction of VAT for orders placed outside GB although we are happy to refund the VAT charged after your order has been dispatched. To request a refund please email us, remember to include the order number with your request

Returns and Refund Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction with our Products and if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any Product(s) you purchase, we offer a full 'no quibble' refund or exchange policy.
We will usually refund the money paid via the method you originally used as soon as possible after request.
Products returned by you for any reason will be refunded in full or exchanged for the same or an alternate product of equivalent value.
If you change your mind...
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 working days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once we have received the item, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
Please return the product to us stating the reason for refund, please include your order number in the letter.
We recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
If the item is faulty...
If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by telephone or email to inform us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
We will advise you how to send the item back to us. It is important to obtain a proof of posting certificate and a receipt from your Post Office and retain it until we confirm receipt of your order. We will refund any delivery charges you have paid for this return.If the item is large we may send a courier in to collect.
